I was the first President/Director of Student Films at Utah Tech University. My first short film launched the build of the schools film program and I was recognized as first collegiate filmmaker from the state of Utah to have a short film in the Cannes Film Festival. In 2007 I was announced the Winner of the Utah Film Commissions "Spot On" contest, I have been at the bottom of the totem pole and climbed my way up from working as a Production Assistant for Paramount on the film "Area 51", worked on the production staff of the NBC/Shine America series The Office and have shot, produced & directed for NBC Universal/Shine America on the series The Biggest Loser, Access Hollywood & The Food Networks “Food Network Star” along with creating a series "Filipe Fa's Comeback", which was co-produced with Shine America and financed by Walgreens. The Series was broadcast on NBC's website.
