Meg, a master curator based in Utah, has been creating vast versions of dream scenes her whole life. From Fine Art to Window Display, Merchandising, Lighting & Furniture Design, Photography, Plant & Floral design, concepting and styling - combining all to create her own unique version of the Production Design process.After seeing Alma Har’el’s short film “JellyWolf”, she knew filmmaking was her future, specifically art department. Meg’s sets often play with reflection and explode with character personality. Many of Meg’s sets are filled with inspirations from her travels, love for fine cuisine, profound architecture and design, light refraction, color, texture, and collaboration.
Meg has designed sets for Feature Films like Weston Razooli’s “Riddle of Fire”, Joseph & Vanessa Winter’s “Deadstream”, Jerren Lauder’s & You’re Killing Me & The Inhabitant, Jake Stormoen’s “Mythica: Stormbound”, Jim Cummings’ “The Wolf of Snow Hollow” and more. Plus Short Films like award winning “VHS99”, “Last Queen On Earth”, “The Dowager” and “Keepsake”. Commercials for AltaBank, Kodiak Cakes, Xfinity, Jordan Brand, NBA2K Games, multiple Pharmaceutical and Health Insurance brands, Back Country, Lucid, Decked, LifeVantage and many more. Her other experience in the film industry include Set Decorator, Art Director, Set Dresser, and On Set Dresser.She has directed & produced music videos & visuals for local artists, along with all school projects.Graduated with a Film & Media Arts BFA at University of Utah in Spring 2019.Studied abroad in Italy to make a music video & art documentary about local pasta.Background in fine art, merchandising, floral & plant, & design.
