I recently retired from the Utah Division of Parks and Recreation (Utah State Parks) after a 30 year career. From park ranger, river ranger, park manager to statewide marketing director for 44 state parks, I have had the opportunity to travel much of Utah's front and backcountry. I've worked with most of Utah's travel and tourism folks in producing promotional and public service videos for Utah state parks. I helped facilitate and manage a number of film productions taking place at a state park from large scale union productions, commercial shoots, independent productions to in-house promotional productions. I have worked with Bureau of Land Management and the National Park Service in securing film permits for state parks.I have extensive knowledge and experience dealing with Utah's off-highway vehicle backcountry trails and riding areas and the boating waters throughout the state. I have been involved in many productions featuring Utah's off-highway vehicle access and the many power boat and muscle powered boating opportunities. I have developed relationships with the tourism industry, local law enforcement personnel and local elected officials in Utah's rural counties. I love Utah and love seeing Utahans get the opportunity to showcase their individual talents and the majesty in which mother nature played favorites with our backyard.
