Description
Growing up in Utah & experiencing Sundance over the years has engrained me with a love of our local film industry!
I can be found working on a huge range of projects all over the state including but not limited to commercials, indies, features, & shows!
Special Skills & Experience
My previous experience in film consists of being a Field Logger, Assistant Editor, Set PA, Tech/Playback PA and Office PA for a wide range of projects varying from studio reality shows to scripted features (indie & not). I also often day-play in roles like AC'ing.
In these roles, I often find myself assisting with driving trucks & vans, organizing equipment, transporting talent, wrangling talent, assisting with email correspondences, prepping calendars based on given schedules, coordinating with vendors, ordering meals, scanning/filing paperwork, & providing general support whenever I can!
Additionally, I have various forms of Office/Administration experience as a University of Utah Film Production Club Executive in addition to helping on various sets. I have extensive knowledge of film production timelines and processes, with skills in scheduling, planning, and carrying out meetings/events. This role also included the acquiring of $11,000 Fine Arts Fees Grants from the U of U College of Fine Arts over the course of 2 years.
Softwares I've become accustomed with over the years include Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, Adobe Audition, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe InDesign, MovieMagic Budgeting & Scheduling, Microsoft Office Apps, Google Sheets & Docs, & Final Draft.
On student films, aside from producing, I have found myself on the camera team quite often. This includes camera support, operation & loading for the Arri Alexa Mini, the BMPCC 6K, the BM Ursa Mini 2.0, the Sony Venice I & II, the Arri SR-16, and the Bolex Super 16mm builds.
