I graduated from the Advanced Placement Program at Eastern High School with an emphasis in Media Arts in May, 2020. I am currently at Brigham Young University and am in the Media Arts major. I am looking to further develop filming skills in a practical work setting through this amazing opportunity.I’m a motivated film student willing to learn and adapt to where they are needed. I’m an enthusiastic and collaborative team member who works well under pressure and welcomes challenges. I have some experience in producing, directing, set design, location scouting, casting, camera, gripping, and editing.
Production Assistant (Sept 2021 - October 2021) for “Lover’s Retreat” Film Project through BYU. I worked as a Production Assistant in training. I gained experience in blocking and locking down set, flying talent when necessary.Short Film Production Manager (Aug 2019 - May 2020) in my High School Media Arts Class. I helped produced more than thirty video segments including newsreel, interviews, and storyline. I was a writer, co-writer, director and editor for multiple projects. Camera Operator (Oct 2019) for a GE Appliances production. I helped to manage supplies to make sure the broadcast started on time. I was also in charge of insuring camera safety and making sure equipment was put in the right spot at the end of the day. I also had to quickly follow instructions for spontaneous changes to camera angles and zoom.
