Braxton Castellano is a local award winning gaffer in Saint George, Utah. He is known for his technical knowledge and experience. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree of Digital Film at Utah Tech University. He has worked on short films, commercials, corporate, and music videos within the grip and electrical department. He is constantly learning how to articulate the artistic vision through the creation and shaping of light.
I have experience with the G&E equipment, although I do not know every light and the ins and out, I have a basic understanding and knowledge of lights, as well as the menus. I also know how to do it in a safe environment. These include: dollys, jibs, stands, lights, as well as accessories such as sand/shot bags, stingers, apple boxes, and clamps in general. As for camera equipment I have set up gimbals (both stick and ring) jibs, bag legs (small sticks), and eazyrig backpacks. I also have experience pulling focus.
