I am a creative generalist with a well-rounded skill set for film roles that require flexibility and collaboration within several departments. I studied film at the University of Tennessee from 2017-2022 where I focused my studies on documentary storytelling. Now that I have graduated, I am looking for on-set experience in the fiction and commercial realm. I am eager for a fast paced PA position because it promises insight into several departments. I have a figure-it-out approach to work, and I promise to be a communicative team member. Hope to see you on set!
I am proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, video production, camera operating, audio recording, and location scouting. I developed these skills as a film student working on non/fiction shorts. I worked as an assistant editor for director Elaine McMillion Sheldon's feature doc King Coal. This project required excellent communication to ensure scenes satisfied storytelling goals and met deadlines.I volunteered for Sundance 2024 with the theater crew at The Ray. There, I gained experience communicating with a radio to ensure the event ran smoothly. I made sure to research details about the festival and venue each day, so I could answer the patrons' questions. I was a student intern for Entertainment 2 Affect Change with their documentary production team. We delivered crucial information about the industry through interviews with producers and directors.
