My Name is Robbie, and I am a Utah Film Commission - Certified PA. I am currently a film student at SpyHop, and am looking to pick up some gigs as a PA or any other production role, as I have experience as a DP, Gaffer, and Sound Mixer/Boom Op.
1. Director of Photography - Student Short Film - Mockumentary Style Short Film called Haunted House: - In charge of operating the camera, planning and framing shots with the Director, and responsible for communicating with each department head to ensure the symbiotic relationship with each department is effective with camera, including lighting, sound, production team, etc. - Also did editing work on this movie, and some heavy scheduling as well.2. Gaffer - Student Short Film - Sports Drama called Early Mourning - Only lighting department member on set most of the time, worked efficciently under stress, in charge of setting up and striking several pieces of heavy lighting equipment, as well as lighting sets much more discretely, with small, controllable LED lighting equipment.3. Boom Operator/Sound Mixer - Student Short Film - Documentary called Ozymandias - In charge of recording audio for different types of scenes, including Interviews and Outdoor scenes with dialogue. Often doing both sound mixing and operating the boom mic and lav mics at the same time.
