I am very excited about this opportunity to join the Utah Film Commission! As someone who has done a lot of work outside of film as a dancer and choreographer, but gotten a taste of it here and there, I admire the film industry so much. It is something I have wanted to be a part of for a long time! I love the stories that are able to be told and the impact that it has on an audience. I want to be a part of that beautiful process and the hard work that goes into making that magic happen, and that causes change in the world.
I am someone who LOVES any kind of challenge! I love doing things that inspire and excite me, as well as things that push me and help me to grow. I am an energetic and bubbly individual who loves working with and learning from all kinds of people. I am a sponge when it comes to learning anything new and am a quick and efficient learner. I know working in film brings all kinds of challenges, changes, excitement and an environment that keeps you on your toes constantly. I thrive in those kinds of environments. I am a great communicator and love collaborating with others to problem-solve and get creative. With my background in dance and choreography, I have had the privilege of working on set for local music videos and short films, which contributed to my exposure of the film industry and what goes on behind the scenes. The creative process is extremely exciting to me. I have been able to contribute to the creative process and share ideas/brainstorm with those who created a piece and wanted to bring it to life or share a specific story. I am great under direction and am also someone who is very self-motivated and disciplined with getting things done on my own and staying on top of work.
