Twenty years in film and television production, and my approach has been the same throughout: learn the work completely before moving on.My background is rooted in the AD department. Each staff position comes with different responsibilities and different pressures, and I made sure to master them all before moving up to the next level. That progression gave me a ground-level understanding of how a set actually functions, and it shapes how I work now whether I'm serving as an AD, a Production Supervisor, or a Producer.I know what a well-run set requires of each person, and I make sure they have what they need before they have to ask.I also pay close attention to how technology moves through this industry. There's no shortage of new tools promising to change everything, but I make it a point to only use the ones that genuinely reduce friction on set and free up your crew to focus on the work.I'm currently based in Utah and available for productions shooting in the state, as well as projects in New York and beyond.
